Myeloma screen:
Bloods – FBC, U&Es, LFTs, bone profile, serum protein electrophoresis, serum-free light-chain assay, peripheral blood film (looking for rouleaux). Essentially send a purple and 2x gold/yellow tops.
Urine – Bence-Jones protein urine assessment
